LoginMe is a no-code authentication and Customer Identity and Access Management (CIAM) platform that provides authentication services, user management, and access control solutions for applications and websites. Our service enables developers and businesses to implement secure authentication systems without complex OAuth configurations or extensive setup requirements.

LoginMe offers the following core services:

• User registration and authentication (email/password and social login)
• JWT token generation and management
• Multi-tenant organization management
• User identity and access control
• API key management
• Usage tracking and analytics

By using LoginMe, you acknowledge that you understand the nature of our service and agree to use it in accordance with these Terms of Service.

2. Reservations of Rights

LoginMe reserves the right, at our sole discretion, to:

4. Insurance and Coverage

No Insurance Coverage: LoginMe does not provide insurance coverage for any losses, damages, or liabilities that may arise from your use of the service. We do not insure:

• Third-party claims or damages
• Service outages or downtime
• Errors or defects in the service

No Warranty Coverage: The service is provided without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Accuracy, reliability, or completeness

You are solely responsible for obtaining appropriate insurance coverage for your business operations and any risks associated with using our service.

• Implementing secure practices in your application
• Complying with data protection laws applicable to your users

5.3 Data Processing

LoginMe processes user data only on your explicit instructions and in accordance with our Data Processing Agreement (DPA). We:

• Do not reuse provider data for our own purposes
• Process data only as instructed by you
• Maintain data isolation between organizations
• Comply with applicable privacy laws and regulations

6. Limitation of Liability and Risk Ownership

6.1 You Own All Risks

YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT YOU TOTALLY OWN ALL RISKS associated with using LoginMe, including but not limited to:

• Risks of data loss, corruption, or unauthorized access
• Risks of service interruptions, downtime, or unavailability
• Risks of security breaches or cyber attacks
• Risks of errors, bugs, or defects in the service
• Risks of incompatibility with your applications or systems
• Risks of regulatory or compliance violations
• Risks of financial losses or business interruption
• Risks of third-party claims or legal actions

By using LoginMe, you expressly accept and assume all such risks. You agree that LoginMe shall not be liable for any consequences arising from these risks.

6.2 Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LOGINME AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
• Service interruptions, downtime, or unavailability
• Security breaches or unauthorized access to your data
• Errors, bugs, defects, or malfunctions in the service
• Third-party actions or claims

IN NO EVENT SHALL LOGINME'S TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO LOGINME IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

6.3 No Guarantees

LoginMe makes no guarantees, representations, or warranties regarding:

• The accuracy, reliability, or completeness of the service
• That the service will meet your requirements or expectations
• That the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
• That defects will be corrected
• That the service is free of viruses or harmful components

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless LoginMe and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from:

• Your use or misuse of the service
• Your violation of these Terms of Service
• Your violation of any law or regulation
• Your infringement of any third-party rights
• Any content or data you submit, post, or transmit through the service
• Your failure to comply with data protection or privacy laws

8. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access to the service immediately, without prior notice, if you:

• Violate these Terms of Service
• Engage in fraudulent, illegal, or harmful activities
• Fail to pay fees when due
• Misuse the service or abuse our systems

Upon termination, your right to use the service will cease immediately. We may delete your account data in accordance with our data retention policies.
